By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by linkwd, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with all related policies published on the platform. These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors who only browse content, registered users, and active users who carry out transactions. linkwd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Account Creation and Security

Creating multiple accounts by a single individual is considered a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility. linkwd is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of an account caused by a user's failure to keep their login information confidential. Users must use a strong password and must not share account information with any other party under any circumstances.

To register and use the services of linkwd, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these terms

3. Payments, Transactions, and Bonus Rules

All financial transactions on the linkwd platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including bank transfers and digital wallets. All bonuses, vouchers, and promotions offered are subject to applicable wagering (turnover) requirements. These requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Using bonuses in a manner deemed to be abusing the system — including using multiple accounts or coordinating with other parties — may result in the cancellation of bonuses and closure of the account. 4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

  • Permanent account closure without refund of balances related to the violation
  • Reporting to the relevant authorities if activity is deemed to violate the law

linkwd is committed to maintaining a safe and fair platform environment for all users. Any indication of fraud or system abuse will be investigated and acted upon in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Account Policy, Suspension, and Closure

linkwd reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. In the case of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email address where possible.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is carried out, the user must settle all active bets currently in progress and ensure that no bonus balance is still in the process of meeting turnover requirements. Any remaining IDR balance after all obligations have been settled will be withdrawable in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure.

Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period as defined in linkwd's internal policy may be subject to a maintenance fee or temporarily deactivated. Users will be notified in advance before such action is taken. To reactivate a deactivated account, the user needs to contact the support team and complete a re-verification process.

linkwd does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or technical conditions beyond the platform's control may cause temporary service disruptions. linkwd will endeavor to provide advance notice for planned maintenance.
